I would describe my training style for Fit Body Back as a mix of strength, flexibility, and core work to achieve a total body balanced workout. I combine multi-joint exercises with a focus on core strength and stability. This method has had the best results for the women I train. During pregnancy, I continue this style with modifications specific to my individual clients’ needs. Strengthening the pelvic floor getting ready for child birth is very important. After the baby is born, and as we get older, strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) has proven to be the most effective type of exercise.
My love for dance and movement has sparked much of my creativity for the selection of exercises I put in my programs. I studied dance for 15 years, I absolutely loved it and grew up at my dance studio. I learned so much about expressing myself through movement. Performing my workouts has given me the same release of energy and emotion dance has.
Training my clients allows me to use my creativity. I look at each person individually and design workouts that are unique and effective. It's important for me stay connected to my clients and keep them challenged, they inspire me the most. As I always practice what I preach, all the motivation I need is watching these hot mamas in action!!!
