Trainer, motivator, and friend.  These are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Jaime.  For almost 5 years and through 2 pregnancies Jaime helped me not only achieve a strong body but a strong soul.  Jaime is so skilled at guiding you through balanced work outs allowing you to continually grow and see results. I  met Jaime seven years ago... 2 months after delivering my second child... weighing 193 pounds (I am 5'8"). I was terrified of joining a gym and overwhelmed with the weight loss challenge ahead of me. Enter Jaime. Immediately I knew I was in the right hands. Jaime put 100% effort into helping me define and achieve my goals. She has a unique ability to coach each individual to their specific needs. I never felt like just another client and I always felt the challenge. Jaime coached me in nutrition as well as in fitness; together on the gym floor and while I was on my own doing cardio or in a class; physically, mentally, and emotionally. I reached my goal in six months!  To this day, Jaime remains a fixture in my life. Her support and leadership and friendship and humor and kindness brings me strength and courage every single day. I can't imagine my fitness routine without her and I can't imagine my life without her in it. I feel blessed to call her my trainer AND my friend. I started training with Jamie 5 months into my 3rd pregnancy. She was wonderful and so knowledgeable about prenatal fitness. Working out with Jamie gave me energy and made me feel strong. I worked out with her up until the week I gave birth. My labor was easy and I bounced back quicker than I did with my first two pregnancies. My son is now 8 months and I am still working out with Jamie. She really is incredible, talented, innovative and creative, I am constantly being motivated and challenged with each and every workout. I am a mother of three and to me there is nothing more valuable than to feel happy and confident - for myself and for my children. I started working out with Jaime when I was pregnant with my fourth child and didn't want to get completely out of shape and then have to start all over again. I loved our workouts so much that we continued as soon as the doctor cleared me to exercise again after I delivered. Jaime always had new workouts and new exercises for me each session, and even though I missed running when I was pregnant I still felt like I was in great shape. Most importantly Jaime was such a bright and positive presence. She was motivating but always with a smile and a laugh. I started training with Jaime shortly after I got married. I had already been working out but moved to Long Island and needed a new trainer. I am so glad that my friend introduced me to her. I trained with Jaime before, during, and after both of my pregnancies. People often wonder why workout when you are pregnant but why not. Jaime tailored my workouts so that they were safe but still effective as my body was changing throughout pregnancy. Overall I had very good pregnancies and "easy" births and I attribute that to working out. Both times that I went into labor I had worked out with Jaime the morning of! I believe it is so important to keep your body moving especially when you are pregnant. And an added bonus your body is able to bounce back quicker. Now having two kids age 2 and an infant has made it more challenging to eat healthy so Jaime has written up a simple guideline of how I should eat throughout the day. She is not only an excellent trainer but she is also a great person. She makes you look forward to training even on your most tired days. ~ Adrea Levantino
